Booking Policy

Once you have made your booking we will send you a confirmation text. To secure your booking we ask for a deposit and that we receive your payment as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation the deposit can be transferable to another suitable date within the year.  Please note this is non-refundable. We offer a discount for 2 consecutive days of hire.

Terms & Conditions of Hire

1. You (“the hirer”) are responsible for any injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you.
2. You must ensure that there is adequate supervision at all times when the equipment is in use. Do not allow anyone to go round the back of the inflatable. No somersaults allowed.
3. Shoes must be removed. Spectacles, jewellery and badges must be removed.
4. The Hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment and you will be charged for any damage caused to it, or for any items missing from it on its return. A clear access to your property is your responsibility.
5. Equipment returned in a dirty condition will be subject to a cleaning charge.
6. All equipment is checked on delivery and will be left in a good and clean condition.
7. No food, drinks or chewing gum allowed and no party poppers, confetti balloons, silly string or streamers be thrown on the equipment.
8. You “the hirer” must ensure units are staked down at all times. Stop any horseplay. Use discretion in a high wind.
9. Never turn off the fan whilst the Castle is in use.
10. Please wear appropriate clothing for the unit hired. We cannot be held responsible to any damage to clothing with in appropriate use.
